Newton Taekwondo Black belt represents opposite of a taekwondo white belt. White belt means innocence and a new start in Surrey Taekwondo. In ITF Newton martial arts, there are 9 levels of Taekwondo black belt levels called Dan in Korean hangul. The nine black belts levels can be compared to post secondary education system personified by Bachelor’s degree, Masters degree, and Doctorate degree.
